Help with RIOS for BigCommerce

Setup, financial model coverage, sync and account support.

First-run setup

  1. Install RIOS through BigCommerce and authorize the requested read-only commerce scopes.
  2. Open RIOS from the BigCommerce control panel. Historical orders import progressively.
  3. Open Settings and enter cost layers BigCommerce cannot provide reliably: fulfillment expense, payment-fee percentage, marketing spend and operating expenses.
  4. Leave unknown values blank. RIOS intentionally marks the model incomplete instead of assuming zero.

Why does RIOS say “Needs inputs”?

BigCommerce is the source for commerce facts such as orders, discounts and refunds. It is not the entire financial system. RIOS only displays contribution profit, operating profit estimate and break-even when the required cost layers have enough coverage.

Why is history still syncing?

RIOS imports history in bounded batches to keep embedded app requests responsive. Reopening or navigating the app advances the initial sync. Webhooks and recent-order reconciliation keep the cache current after installation.

Multi-currency stores

Version 0.1.0 withholds the aggregate financial model if cached orders use transactional currencies different from the store currency. RIOS does this rather than sum unlike currencies without a validated conversion layer.

Contact support

Email support@rioshq.com. Include your store hash if available, what you were doing, and the approximate time of the issue. Do not email access tokens or passwords.

Privacy and removal

See the Privacy Policy. Uninstalling RIOS invalidates its BigCommerce token, BigCommerce removes app webhooks, and RIOS purges cached commerce/financial-decision data while retaining only an inactive installation tombstone with no credential.
