RIOSRIOS Terms of Service
These terms govern use of RIOS — Profit Planner and its financial planning and decision-support features.
Purpose
RIOS provides financial planning and decision-support tools for commerce operators. Outputs are estimates based on BigCommerce data and merchant-supplied assumptions and are not accounting, tax, legal, investment or audit services.
Merchant responsibility
You are responsible for verifying inputs, maintaining accurate product costs and operating assumptions, and reviewing decisions before acting. RIOS intentionally labels unavailable, estimated and forecast data.
Availability
Service may depend on BigCommerce APIs and third-party infrastructure. RIOS may change or suspend features to protect data integrity, security or platform compliance.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, misuse store data, or use RIOS in violation of applicable law or BigCommerce platform rules.
